This salad is my family’s favorite! Spicy, crunchy, healthy and very yummy! And it’s so fast and easy to prepare 🙂
Here are the ingredients:
3 medium tomatoes
1 ½ cup of chopped sharp cheddar cheese
¼ cup of roasted salted sunflower seeds
2 ½ cup of raw green cabbage, chopped
½ cup of Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
¼ cup of dried parsley flakes
Chop the cabbage into small pieces like this:
Chop & mix everything, add mayo and Sriracha Sauce. The right choice of mayonnaise is very important. I’ve tried a few kinds but it seems that this salad reveals all shades of its taste with Best Foods Mayo.
I always start with 1 tbsp. of the Sriracha and add more if necessary.
This recipe makes about 3 servings.
